After years of searching for (and failing to find) a truly eco-friendly sponge, we created the solution. The LongLife Sponge is a durable, plastic-free, and compostable sponge made only with USDA Biobased certified, renewable materials. By going back to nature, we made a solution that is reusable, easily washed, and clean from the inside out.
Like many disposable sponges, we offer a two-sided solution: The scrubbing side is made from 100% hemp, and the washing side is crafted from a certified organic cotton/hemp blend. But unlike other sponges, ours can be cleaned and used again and again — just throw it in the washing machine for quick and effective cleaning.
Although it has some similarities, the LongLife Sponge isn’t like others on the market. Because it’s made from a durable blend of hemp, organic cotton, and natural latex fill, this sponge will last much longer than disposable sponges, such as the typical yellow sponge you might be used to. Like a good pair of blue jeans, our plastic-free solution might feel stiff at first, but it will soften with time. The tight weave of our sponge design is the reason why it won’t break down or fall apart like disposable sponges, and it’s also the reason why the LongLife Sponge takes longer to dry than others might. For quicker drying, we recommend using a vertical sponge holder.
Every detail matters, which is why all materials that make up this sponge are renewable and plant-based, from the filler to the thread and logo. Returns
Due to the multiple parties involved, including the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to effectively manage inventory. The actual levels of stock can change at any point. Be aware that your order may be out of stock when the order is placed.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. We will not exchange or refund your order if it has been 30 days since you purchased it.
The item cannot be in use and must be in its original condition. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
