Jumpstart Social is a service with the goal of creating ease in digital content creation for business through setting up and branding all consumer-facing social pages.
This service includes a 60 minute discovery call. We will utilize 45 minutes to learn about the organization’s perceived and actual audiences and business goals and then discuss the brand image guidelines and exchange any needed corporate graphics. The final 15 minutes of the call will be the proposal of social opportunities available and the plan of action for setting up all platforms necessary.Â
Within 24 hours of the initial call, any intellectual content from the meeting will be sent.Â
Within 72 hours of the initial call, all social platforms will be fully outfitted with individualized business brand bios, content and imagery and ready for use, and purchaser will receive all platform credentials.Â
– Purchaser may also choose to do a “create-a-long” which allows them to audit the process as it happens, ask questions and take notes- still happens within 72 hours of initial call- please use the ending “Comments+”section of the Google form to confirm “create-a-long” and times to audit platform curation.Â

Returns
Due to the multiple parties involved, including the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to effectively manage inventory. The actual levels of stock can change at any point. Be aware that your order may be out of stock when the order is placed.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. We will not exchange or refund your order if it has been 30 days since you purchased it.
The item cannot be in use and must be in its original condition. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
