Big Tom’s Turkey Roasting Rub and Brine Spices is a delicious low-sodium spice blend used primarily for the holidays.Â
It has the flavors of rosemary, marjoram and thyme blended with other spices to create a more flavorful twist on traditional holiday spices. This blend can be used both as a rub and as brine spices, for example with turkey just add salt to make the brine.Â
It’s exceptional as a seasoning on potatoes, mushrooms, and pork roast or chops. We’ve even tried using this rub with a couple of other spices to make a delicious breakfast sausage.
