Within this gentle and fun space, women are invited to let their hair down, let go of any self-judgement and give their bodies the permission to naturally move and dance at their own pace and discover their own self-expression as they begin to trust their bodies.
During this free 75-minute virtual sampler class, we will tap into our sensual being through meditation and a simple flowing movement sequence using exploratory prompts. We will start to build a deeper connection to our own physical landscape and inner awareness as our bodies respond to what feels good, what needs a little more attention, and what needs to be released!
