coldHER Cooling Bra Inserts feature Phase Change Material that pulls heat away from your body to help cool you to the core and provide instant, soothing relief.  These bra inserts draw heat away from your chest, making them perfect for hot flashes, nursing moms and keeping cool during a workout or on a hot summer day.  The Phase Change material goes back to solid at room temperature, making them ideal for on-the-go. Keep a pair in your gym bag or purse for convenient and instant cooling relief.

How to Use: 
Place the coldHER pads with the Phase Change Material (hard white side) facing your skin where cooling is most needed (i.e. breast, nipples, underarm). The Phase Change Material will gradually liquefy as heat is being transferred from your skin to the pad. Once the Phase Change Material is completely liquid or no longer providing cooling relief, remove the pads and allow them to harden again at room temperature. Depending on the temperature of the room, it may take between 30 minutes to 2 hours. Once hard, you may reuse again, and again, and again. Ahhh…For extra cold relief or to speed up the hardening process, the pads may also be refrigerated.

Care Instructions: 
After use, wipe clear side with a damp cloth and mild soap as needed. Let air dry. 
Let sit at room temperature or you may refrigerate for a faster return to the cool state.
