To maintain your candle’s beauty we ship it with a cold pack, and double boxed, hoping it arrives to you as intended. If your candle is broken or damaged upon arrival please take a photo so we can make a claim with the shipper. Delivery trucks are not cooled and can be excessively hot, especially in the summer. We adore you and want your product to arrive in the best condition. We do our best to keep things cool, so keep you can keep your cool if we need to replace your candle.Â
