Similar to Italian casarecce, Agrozimi striftária is a spelt pasta in a popular twisted shape that everyone loves. It’s made with fresh spring water from the northern Greek village of Arávissos, where Agrozimi has been based for three generations. They produce all their Greek pasta with a long and careful process – top-quality flour is kneaded with no added salt, shaped through bronze dies, and slowly air-dried at low temperatures for unmatched flavor and nutritional value. Spelt is also more easily digested, since its gluten has more water-soluble proteins. In fact, spelt’s total protein content is up to 25% higher than most typical wheat varieties. Spelt is an excellent source of iron, magnesium, zinc, vitamins B1 and B2, and beneficial fatty acids.

Due to the multiple parties involved, including the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to effectively manage inventory. The actual levels of stock can change at any point. Be aware that your order may be out of stock when the order is placed.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. We will not exchange or refund your order if it has been 30 days since you purchased it.
The item cannot be in use and must be in its original condition. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
