Within this gentle space, you are invited to slow down, release any judgement, and find your way back to your breath. This is your time to celebrate your body’s authentic expression, improve body awareness, and reconnect with your feminine energy.
Through simple flow movement sequences and exploratory prompts we will ignite your senses and rediscover the freedom and joy in appreciating and loving our bodies through music and dance.
*No dance experience required. Bring a yoga mat for the warm up and wear comfortable clothing.
