We are happy to be here on The WMarketplace and offer a thorough process of logo design and creation. Logo design isn’t just about picking a cute image and using a swirly font (though that’s what it seems to feel like these days.) But logo design is about making sure your logo represents you, the colors and fonts make sense, you are getting the right file formats when you want to use this logo on things such as banners, clothes, printed materials, etc. The following is included in the design process:
- Initial meeting to understand client story, what their business is about (product(s) and/or service(s))
- Develop initial conceptual designs (rough drafts)
- PDF proofs sent throughout the various stages to narrow down choices and continue to refine the design
- Selected font/typefaces to be used with the logo mark (unless the logo is a text (wordmark) logo
- Create horizontal and vertical versions of the logo (if both are applicable)
- Develop black and white versions, color versions (if either/both are applicable)
- All final files will be exported as high resolution RGB and CMYK transparent .PNG files and vector (.EPS) files
- Determine primary logo colors
- Determine hex code colors (for web/online)

Returns
Due to the multiple parties involved, including the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to effectively manage inventory. The actual levels of stock can change at any point. Be aware that your order may be out of stock when the order is placed.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. We will not exchange or refund your order if it has been 30 days since you purchased it.
The item cannot be in use and must be in its original condition. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
